Shipping Policy

We ship across Egypt on cash on delivery. Here's exactly how it works.

1. Order confirmation

Every order gets a confirmation call before it ships. Please answer — an unconfirmed address is the single most common reason a delivery fails. If we can't reach you by phone we'll try WhatsApp. If we can't reach you at all, the order waits rather than shipping to an address we couldn't confirm.

2. Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to our courier within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

3. Delivery time

Two to four business days for most governorates — you'll be given a specific window on the confirmation call. If that window passes and nothing has arrived, contact us directly rather than waiting; it's usually a quick address fix. If your order hasn't reached you within 72 hours of dispatch, our courier will contact you directly.

4. Working days

We process and ship Saturday to Thursday. Orders placed on a Friday are processed the next working day.

5. Shipping fees

Shipping is calculated at checkout by governorate. Orders over 1,199 EGP ship free.

6. Cash on delivery

You pay the courier when your order arrives. Nothing is charged when you place the order.

7. Address accuracy

You're responsible for a complete, accurate delivery address — building, floor, apartment, and a phone number that answers. We can't be responsible for a delay or failed delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address.

8. Refused or undeliverable orders

If you refuse a delivery, or can't be reached after several attempts, the order is returned to us and cancelled. You're welcome to reorder once you're ready.

9. International shipping

We don't ship outside Egypt yet.

10. Track or ask

Check Track Your Order, or message us directly.

The Athar Guarantee — 14 days, no questions asked

If a fragrance you bought from us isn't what you expected, send it back within fourteen days of delivery and we will exchange it or refund it. You do not need to leave it sealed. You do not need a reason.

How it works

1. Message us within fourteen days of delivery.
2. Tell us whether you want an exchange or a refund.
3. We arrange collection.
4. An exchange ships once the bottle reaches us. A refund is issued the same day it arrives.

The honest limits

• Fourteen days is counted from delivery, not from the order date.
• The bottle and its box need to come back — we can't accept a bottle alone.
• Free 5 ml samples aren't returnable.
• One guaranteed return per order. If you're returning every order, something is wrong and we should talk instead.
