These terms govern your use of athrparfums.com and any order you place with us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. About Athar

Athar (أثر) is an Egyptian fragrance brand. Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

2. Our fragrances and how we describe them

Every Athar fragrance carries its own name and is our own composition. Where a product description names a well-known original it was built to emulate, that reference is disclosed for orientation only — so you know what to expect before you buy, not to imply endorsement. Athar is an independent brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the designer houses or brands referenced in our product descriptions, and none of our products are sold under those brands' names.

3. Orders and payment

We currently accept cash on delivery within Egypt. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm it by phone before it ships. We may decline or cancel an order we can't confirm, or that we reasonably suspect is fraudulent.

4. Pricing and availability

We price and describe our products as accurately as we can, but errors happen. If we find a pricing or listing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before shipping rather than silently changing your order.

6. Intellectual property

The Athar name, أثر, our logo, product names, photography and site content are our property. You may not reproduce or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

7. Age

Our products are intended for adults. By ordering, you confirm you're old enough to enter a purchase contract under Egyptian law.

8. Limitation of liability

We're liable for the fragrance you ordered arriving as described, and for honouring our guarantee. We're not liable for misuse of the product, allergic reactions we weren't told about in advance, or delivery delays caused by factors outside our control.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the business grows. The version live on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
