Before it ships

Every order gets a confirmation call before it goes out. Until that call happens, your order sits with us rather than with the courier — so if you haven't heard from us yet, that's where it is.

If we can't reach you by phone we'll try WhatsApp. If we can't reach you at all, the order waits rather than shipping to an address we couldn't confirm.

After it ships

Two to four days for most governorates. You'll have been given a specific window on the confirmation call.

If that window passes and nothing has arrived, contact us directly rather than waiting — it usually means an address detail needs correcting, and that's faster to fix than to wait out.
