Fourteen days. Opened or not.

If a fragrance you bought from us isn't what you expected, send it back within fourteen days of delivery and we will exchange it or refund it. You do not need to leave it sealed. You do not need a reason.

Why we offer this

Because buying fragrance online without smelling it first is a genuine risk, and because in this market that risk has usually been yours alone to carry.

A guarantee is only worth offering if the product is good. That is precisely what makes it worth something to you: we would not do this if we expected the bottles to come back.

How it works

1. Message us within fourteen days of delivery.
2. Tell us whether you want an exchange or a refund.
3. We arrange collection.
4. Exchange ships once the bottle reaches us. Refunds are issued the same day it arrives.

The honest limits

• Fourteen days from delivery, not from order.
• The bottle and its box need to come back — we can't take a bottle alone.
• Free 5 ml samples aren't returnable, for what we hope are obvious reasons.
• One guaranteed return per order. If you're returning every order, something is wrong and we should talk instead.

Start with the discovery set: six 5 ml bottles, one of each fragrance in the current range. It is the cheapest way to find out which of them is yours.
