FAQ
FAQ
Is this a copy?
It's an interpretation, and we'd rather say so directly than hide behind language.
Each of our fragrances is built to emulate a specific well-known original, and we name that original in the product description every time. What we don't do is put their name on our bottle. The name on the bottle is ours, and the quality of what's inside is ours to answer for.
How long does it last?
We're not going to give you a number we haven't measured, because everyone else already does and the numbers are worthless.
Longevity depends on the composition, on your skin, and on the weather — a fresh citrus in August behaves nothing like an oud in January. What we can tell you is which fragrances in our range are built to last longest: Hibr, Jamr and Sahr, all arriving in November.
What concentration do you use?
It varies by fragrance family, deliberately. A high oil load suits an oriental and actively harms a fresh citrus — it makes the opening heavy and flat. We concentrate each composition for what it is rather than printing one number across the whole range.
Why are some fragrances not available until November?
Because they aren't ready. Oriental and woody compositions need thirty to sixty days of maceration before they're worth wearing. Those four were blended in September and will be released when they're finished, not when it would be convenient.
How does cash on delivery work?
You pay the courier when the order reaches you. Nothing is charged when you place the order.
We'll call to confirm your order and your address before anything ships — please answer, because an unconfirmed address is the single most common reason a delivery fails.
How long does delivery take?
Two to four days for most governorates. We'll give you a specific window on the confirmation call, and if the order hasn't arrived within it, the courier will contact you directly.
Can I return it?
Yes — fourteen days, opened or not, no reason required. The full terms are here.
What's the free 5 ml sample?
Every order ships with a free 5 ml of a fragrance that isn't in your box. It's the simplest way for you to try something you didn't order, and the simplest way for us to learn which fragrances people reach for a second time.
Do you ship outside Egypt?
Not yet.
